Bounce is a family-owned company that employs over 150 team members between the ages 14-20. We pride ourselves in maintaining a professional environment despite the social scene that inevitably exists amongst our team members.

Our philosophy is that if you believe your child is responsible enough to have a job, then they must be responsible enough to understand our policies and follow them, communicate their needs with our managers and accept the consequences of their actions when applicable. Throughout this website (referred to as the employee dashboard) we have outlined our main policies that we feel parents should know while their child is employed at Bounce.
