Calling Out Day-Of Shift, Late Policy
Call Out- Day of Shift:

If an employee calls out because they are sick, they are required to submit a doctor's note and/or proof of sickness (picture of thermometer / covid test / etc.)

If an employee calls out for a family emergency that will be excused however situations such as not having a ride don't constitute a family emergency.

Every employee that calls out the day of their shift will be sent a form they need to fill out saying why they couldn't come into work.
Late Policy:

We hold our team members to high standards and expect that they are responsible to arrive at their scheduled shift on time. The repercussions can usually be mitigated or eliminated with basic communication with management.

First Time Offense:
-
1-15 Minutes Late: Verbal Warning / Documented in File
-
16+ Minutes Late: Final Warning Letter

Second Time Offense:
-
1-15 Minutes Late: Final Warning Letter
-
16+ Minutes Late: Terminated unless excused

Third Time Offense:
-
5+ Minutes Late: Terminated

Consequences
Employees are expected to follow guidelines of each separate policy to remain employed at Bounce! Family Entertainment Center. The following actions are subject to consequences and are outlined above:

Lateness

Call Outs (Unexcused)

Dismissal of Hour Requirements

Inability to show proof of coverage

Any violation of scheduling policies listed above.
*The consequences outlined are limited to scheduling violations only. The employer is not limited to these guidelines and the other responsibilities of the employee's job are subject to varying consequences.*
