Front Desk - Job Descriptions

Everyone who works on the front desk schedule is responsible for ensuring all customers have waivers and ensuring complete payment of service. Responsible for giving out wristbands, stickers, and socks. Responsible for collecting money and ensuring their register balances. Responsible for knowing general Bounce! information and following the rules, policies, and procedures written in the training manual.

Hosting - 

  • When you are told to host, we expect you to go the front lobby with a party sheet to greet customers, help them with the waiver kiosk, and direct them to their desired location (party room, bathroom, front desk, etc.).

  • When you are next in the host rotation, you must host. You cannot switch with someone else or decide not to go.

  • You should never be socializing with the party host waiting in the lobby.

  • If you are asked a question that you don't know the answer to, please call a manager or direct them to the party office.

Cashiering - 

  • All $50 and $100 bills must be checked with a counterfeit pen or counterfeit flashlight, located at the front desk. Once you check the bill with the counterfeit pen, you must show a manger before putting it in the cash drawer.

  • If the counterfeit pen is missing or you have a suspicion about counterfeit money being used please get a manager.

Wristbands, Stickers & Socks:

  • All customers must have a valid Bounce! wristband, Bounce! socks, and sticker.

  • The wristband will indicate the package they purchased

  • In addition, they must be given a Bounce! sticker that is paired with their waiver that includes their correct name, age, start time, an end time.

  • You must always put the wristband on the customer to ensure they are wearing it before they leave the front desk.

  • Likewise, you must ensure the customers put the sticker on their shirt before leaving the front desk.

  • If a customer wishes to upgrade their wristband (Ultimate to Deluxe) please call a manager.

  • All customers must have Bounce! Brand socks

  • It is your responsibility to ask the customer if they have Bounce! Brand socks and you must physically see the socks. 

  • If they do not have Bounce! Brand socks they must pay an additional $3 to purchase our socks.

  • If they have socks from other trampoline parks (Skyzone, BounceU, Defy, etc.), they are able to exchange their socks in for a free pair of Bounce! Brand socks. THEY CAN NOT GET THEIR SOCKS BACK AFTER THEY ARE DONE BOUNCING

Party Check In -

  • While at party check-in, you are expected to check waivers for parties, hand out wristbands, stickers, and socks.

  • You may not socialize with the party hosts while checking in the parties.
