*All Participants Need Bounce Socks & an Active Sticker
-
All participants must have Bounce! socks (Black and yellow design with pink grips on bottom)
-
If they do not have Bounce! socks, tell them to go back up to the front desk or call a manager if they refuse.
-
All customers must have a valid Bounce! Sticker as well as a wristband
-
It is your responsibility to check every customer’s sticker, which indicates when their time expires. You must notify the participant that their time is expired and they could add more time at the front desk.
Party Vs. Public Rotation During Open Hours
-
Ask public nicely to leave the court while the party comes to the court you’re on
-
While birthday party hosts are expected to monitor for their party, you must assist them and ensure everyone is being safe.
-
Do not socialize with the party hosts when they come to your court.
-
Do not use the time while there are parties on your court to socialize with monitors.
-
MONITORS still have to enforce the rules (the party hosts are not there to do your job)
Bathroom Breaks:
-
Team members are not allowed to leave their courts without getting a manager to cover their position.
-
Use the walkie-talkie to get a manager.
-
You may not roam around the facility or talk to coworkers during your bathroom break; simply go to the bathroom and go back to your court.
-
You may have to wait a few minutes before a manager is available to come to you.
Phone Policy:
-
All phones must be locked in the break room at all times. Anyone caught on their phone while clocked in (this includes bathroom breaks, water breaks, etc…) will be terminated.
Appearance:
-
All receptionists must wear their “Staff” Bounce! shirt or Bounce! sweatshirt.
-
You must look put together at all times (no pajama pants).
-
During hotter months, females are only permitted to wear ATHLETIC SHORTS (absolutely no jean shorts, soffe shorts, or nike pros).
-
Employees are not permitted to wear flip flops or sandals behind the front desk . You must wear closed-toed sneakers or boots
-
Be aware that you are representing Bounce! whenever you are wearing our attire.
Attitude & Professionalism
-
As a cashier, you are a direct representation of Bounce! You must ALWAYS be polite to customers and act professional.
-
All employees must have a positive and respectful attitude towards management, coworkers and customers. No exceptions.
-
You must address all customers politely. This includes referring to adults as ma’am and sir, and referring to children as buddy and sweetie. Never point at people and always try to smile when talking to customers.
-
If a parent is giving you a hard time, please get a manager!
Parking
-
Always park in the Front of the building then walk down the alleyway to bounce
-
If you are getting dropped off for your shift please make sure you are quick when leaving your car so you don't hold up any lines in the parking lot
